LASER cleaning

 

Restoration using LASER cleaning is a fast and safe intervention -if applied in an educated and measured manner- which can revive the aesthetic and safely restore the condition state of a cultural artifact. It is applicable to both movable and immovable artworks of organic or inorganic structure. However, when put in action, not only safety precautions must be taken but it is also important that the adequate selection from a range of LASER cleaning techniques and methods is suitably used in order to guarantee the desired permanent results with long-lasting non-reversible effects.
